A simple and highly effective knife sharpener. The Smiths 2 Step Sharpener ensures a perfect edge every time. Featuring two tungsten carbide blades (coarse) and two ceramic rods (fine). Both have preset angles and just three or four strokes through the carbide sharpening slots will restore the edge on a very dull knife. The two crossed ceramic rods provide a smooth finished edge to already sharp knives. It is lightweight and portable and has non-slip rubber feet for added safety.
