If your item is FAULTY

We offer a full refund and/or replacement service for faulty &/or defective goods,purchased from SPC Marketing.

All faulty goods claims MUST be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If the item has been purchased during a Christmas/holiday period, the claim must be made within 14 working days from when we re-open.

If your item is UNWANTED or NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED

If the goods you purchase are unwanted or not what you expected, you may return them to us UNUSED & BOXED in their original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

The value of your refund will be the transaction price stated at the time of your order, less a charge of £3.00 PER ORDER to cover admin, postage & credit card fees.

Christmas & holiday exceptions: During the Christmas holiday, we appreciate item(s) may have been ordered as gift(s). Items may be returned within 14 working days from when we re-open. The item(s) MUST be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Any missing contents, damage to items or packaging will be deducted from the refund accordingly.

You will receive any refund due to you within a maximum of 30 days from cancellation. You should however expect to obtain your refund within less than 14 working days.

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 state that you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods. You do not have to give any reason for wishing to cancel your order. This is termed as “a cooling off period”.

Ensure to include your full details when returning items, to enable us to refund you as quickly as possible.
Postage costs for any other returns, other than faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer.
ALL Returns must be sent “Royal Mail, Special Delivery” or “Recorded Delivery” (this ensures receipt)
PLEASE ENSURE to use the correct postage when returning goods. A stamp or stamps on the package may not be sufficient. Under-paid postage will result in either the package going astray, or us refusing delivery and your refund will not be actioned. Please send the package from your local Post Office – do NOT use a postbox as the package will be unlikely to reach us.

We reserve the right to retain any payment transaction fees we may incur for a payment which has to be reversed for unwanted items or items purchased in error.
