Do you hold items in stock ?
We usually hold most items in stock ready for dispatch. Stock availability is indicated on each product page. Please note that there may be occasions when stock runs out very quickly, but we do aim to keep this to a minimum.

Do you charge for delivery ?
There are multiple delivery options depending on your product selection and location. Most products have a free UK delivery option but there are some heavy or large products that require special handling and these do attract a delivery charge. All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you proceed with any payment.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched same day, if order placed before 1pm Monday-Friday, subject to stock availability.

How quickly can I get my order?
Providing your items are in stock, you should expect to receive your order within 1-5 working days (depending on post service chosen). However, this is subject to the capacity of the carrier/post operator. PLEASE NOTE – next day delivery applies Monday-Thursday, if ordered before 1pm Requests for next day delivery on Friday, will arrive Monday.

How is my package sent?
We send the majority of orders by Royal Mail. Most orders will require a signature. On occasions we may use couriers if the package is particularly bulky or heavy.

Will I need to sign for my package?
Most orders will require a signature, and can be delivered to a place of work if required. This can be detailed during checkout. If you request our optional next-day delivery, this will also require a signature.

Can I send my package to another address?
Yes. There is a space for a delivery address when you proceed to the order form. Please inform the recipient that they are due to receive a package which may require a signature. Please note that some products are restricted and may require an adult signature on delivery. These are only available to be delivered to the registered payment address.
